Where we work....

School 4 All started with five schools in Kenya. From there we've spread to India. And now we are determined to reach out to many more disabled children throughout Africa and Asia.

Why Leonard Cheshire Disability started School 4 All

Can you imagine your childhood without an education? A childhood without learning, without playing amongst friends… You see, an education is about so much more than learning to read and write – it’s about socialisation; it's about getting a start in life.

Yet 98% of disabled girls and boys in the developing world are excluded from school. Excluded from a chance in life....

Every child should have the right to go to school. The chance to learn and play with other children, to learn basic skills and to fulfil their potential...We need to bring about the changes to make this happen.

That’s the reason we started School 4 All.

But how do we fight the stigma surrounding disability? How do we put an end to this denial of basic rights?
